Living Places Copenhagen wins the Active House RADAR Master Awards 2024 in both the residential category and the overall category.
The Active House Awards are a key recognition given out by Active House International, a global association renowned for establishing standards aimed at creating healthier and more comfortable buildings. The award celebrates and promotes best practices in the field of sustainable and people-centric buildings, and showcases exemplary application of the Active House principles in building projects:
- Comfort – a building that provides an indoor climate that promotes health, comfort and sense of well being
- Energy – a building that is energy efficient and easy to operate
- Environment – a building that exerts the minimum impact on the environment
Living Places adheres to these principles by providing a first-class indoor climate and a record-low carbon footprint. The concept, developed in collaboration with VELUX and Artelia, is based on five key principles: homes should be healthy, affordable, simple, shared over time and scalable.
Thank you to Active House International and the jury for recognizing Living Places Copenhagen and to our partners for the collaboration.
