Partner Tue Foged recently completed an interview with Renover Prisen about the transformation of the social housing area Rosenhøj in Viby, Aarhus.

The project has become an international inspiration for similar renovations around the world. In the interview, Tue explains some of the strategies employed that helped create this successful physical but also social transformation - turning a congested area into a well functioning, diverse and attractive area for all residents. What was planned to be a standard energy renovation of the facades became a holistic neighborhood transformation reconnecting the previously isolated ‘social-housing island’ to the surrounding city, converting it into an integrated and attractive living area.
